The practice of yoga moves us from agitation into a state of grace.  That place of grace is where we find physical, mental and spiritual healing and joy.

Yoga has been my best coping mechanism throughout rocky times and major life changes.  From my own healing experiences on and off my mat, my desire to help others find this way of being was born.

My mission is to share the practice of yoga in a way that is accessible to anyone.  I strive to provide each student greater awareness of their own wonderful spirit and encourage them to be fully present, more accepting and compassionate in every aspect of their lives.
